What we would advise
Our pickers keep sending cartons to the wrong bay. Can tape fix that?
It does, and it is the cheapest fix in the building. Assign one shade per outbound zone — blue for North, red for West, green for South — and print nothing. Colour is read from ten feet away, text is not. Keep it to four shades maximum; beyond that people start second-guessing. Same 48mm, 45 micron as your normal tape so nothing changes at the packing bench except the roll.

01Is there a minimum per colour?
Yes, 200 rolls per shade. Mixed-colour orders are welcome as long as each shade meets that.
02Will the shade match my last order?
We keep a reference swatch per customer so repeat lots stay visually consistent.
03Does colour affect strength?
No. The film, adhesive and micron are identical to clear tape; only the pigment changes.
04Can you match a brand colour?
Send a Pantone code or a printed sample; we match it on bulk volumes.
